About the event
The 25th Sri Chinmoy Marathon will take place on March 24, 2024 (Sunday) at 8:30 AM, in Skopje - City Park, near Luna Park. The event is organised by the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team - Skopje.
The 1.735 km loop is located in the City Park amidst its beautiful nature.
Half-marathon = 12 laps
Marathon = 24 laps
The timing will be done electronically.
All finishers will be awarded a medal and a diploma, and the winners - first, second and third place - will be awarded a trophy, a medal and a diploma.
Winners will be announced in the following categories:
MARATHON
* Marathon men - absolute category
* Marathon men 40-49
* Marathon men 50-59
* Marathon men 60+
* Marathon women - absolute category
* Marathon women 35-44
* Marathon women 45-54
* Marathon women 54+
HALF-MARATHON
* Half-marathon men - absolute category
* Half-marathon men 40-49
* Half-marathon men 50-59
* Half-marathon men 60+
* Half-marathon women - absolute category
* Half-marathon women 35-44
* Half-marathon women 45-54
* Half-marathon women 54+
Results and photos of the event will be published immediately after the event, on the organizer's website www.srichinmoyraces.mk
Race packets include:
- Hamelin string bag with printed event name and logo
- race number/bib with a chip for timekeeping
- t-shirt (for additional fee, individual choice depending on selected option during registration)
- race participation medal
- paper diploma
- trophies for winners (first, second and third place)
- digital photos
Race packets will be picked up at the Lotus Fountain, City Park Skopje, during the following hours:
22.3.2024 (Friday) from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
23.3.2024 (Saturday) from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
During the race the participants will get refreshments - water, juices, fruits, snacks, etc., and after the race they will get a vegetarian meal.
The time limit of the marathon is six hours.
